Here’s How to Lose 10 Pounds in Just 3 Days

Here’s another good diet to lose weight fast. With this 3 day diet plan you may lose up to 10 pounds in just 3 days. This diet is for people who need to lose large amounts of weight (same as GM Diet). This diet works on a chemical breakdown and is proven. The diet plan is detailed below. If you want to keep losing weight on your days off too don’t take more than 1500 calories daily.

Day 1

Breakfast:

  • 1 Cup black coffee or tea
  • ½ Grapefruit or ½ cup fresh squeezed juice
  • 1 Slice toast
  • 1 Teaspoon peanut butter

Lunch:

  • ½ Cup plain tuna
  • 1 Slice toast
  • 1 Cup black coffee or tea

Dinner:

  • 2 Slices any kind of meat (3 oz.)
  • 1 Cup string beans
  • 1 Cup carrots or beets
  • 1 Small apple
  • 1 Cup Vanilla ice cream

Day 2

 Breakfast:

  • 1 Cup black coffee or tea
  • 1 Hard boiled egg
  • 1 Slice toast
  • ½ Banana

Lunch:

  • 1 Cup cottage cheese or ½ cup plain tuna
  • 5 Saltine crackers (soda crackers)

Dinner:

  • 1 Plain hot dogs (no buns)
  • 1 Cup broccoli or cabbage
  • 1 Cup carrots or turnips
  • ½ Banana
  • ½ Cup Vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast:

  • 1 Cup black coffee or tea
  • 5 Saltine crackers
  • 1 Slice cheddar cheese (1 ounce)
  • 1 Small apple

Lunch:

  • 1 Hard boiled egg
  • 1 Slice toast
  • 1 Cup black coffee or tea

Dinner:

  • 1 Cup plain tuna
  • 1 Cup carrots or beets
  • 1 Cup cauliflower or green-leaf vegetables
  • 1 Cup cantaloupe
  • ½ Cup Vanilla ice cream

DIRECTIONS:

  • Follow the menus exactly!
  • DO NOT vary or substitute any of the foods.
  • Salt and pepper may be used, but no other seasoning.
  • When no quantity is given, there are no restrictions, other than common sense.
  • Vegetables may be eaten raw or cooked (preferably steamed)
  • 1 cup equals 250 ml
  • 1 ounce equals 28 grams

THIS DIET IS TO BE USED 3 DAYS AT A TIME ONLY.

REMEMBER:

  • Do NOT pick between meals.
  • Water, coffee, tea, Diet cola, Tab, sugar free drinks may be used at any time during the 3 days.
  • Sauces, dressings, and spices may contain additives and sugars that will affect the efficiency of this diet. Use with caution.
  • You can use stevia as a sweetener.

In 3 days you can lose up to 10 pounds. After 3 days of dieting, you can eat your normal foods, but do not overeat. After four days of normal eating you may continue a three day regimen.

  1. Vinegar is good on tomatoes (7 day diet) and on cottage cheese. it also acts as a natural diuretic.

  2. My husband and I started the 7 day but only did four days. He lost 10 pounds and I lost 9. We had a number of things going on and were gone during meal times so couldn’t finish it. We started the 3 day one today and will be able to complete this one. I am sure it will be as affective as the 4 days of the 7 day was.

      You can substitute the same amount of almond butter, pumpkin butter, soy butter, sunflower seed butter, hummus or bean dip. Two tablespoons of plain sunflower seeds are OK too.

    today is my 3rd day and I was wondering what kind of tea you can have? I never ate tuna in till two days ago but it was not bad at all. but I thank you and this diet because now I like tuna and look forward to eating it again. I told my mama about this diet and she going to do it too. I have lost 4 pounds in 2 days. but my question is what kind of tea can you have?

      Substitutes for tuna: chicken, tofu, cottage cheese, almonds or peanuts. Any very lean meat can be substituted for tuna, but fish is preferable.

      Hot dog substitute: turkey dogs, soy dogs, tofu dogs, bratwurst, luncheon meat, deli meat or baloney. For vegetarians, you can also substitute beans, lentils, or portobello mushrooms.

  9. I just finished the 7 days diet and I’m down 8.1 lbs. Really happy with the result! I want to give this a try. Is canned tuna in brine water or in olive oil ok?
