  • 1 kg of onion

Instructions:

1. Pour water into a container, put it on fire and add the sugar.

2. Add the onions, (which should be peeled and cut into quarters), ground ginger and turmeric. When the mixture starts boiling reduce the fire.

3. Cook until the liquid is reduced by half.

4. When you are done cooking, strain the resulting mixture and transfer it into glass jar.

5. After the mixture cools, place the jar in the fridge.

How to use the mixture

You should consume two tablespoon of this remedy in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening two hours before dinner.
